Attackers Force their Way into a Medical Clinic to Shoot Doctor

Chaudhry Khalique Ahmad son of Chaudhry Bashir Ahmad of Karachi was martyred on June 20th, 2016 at the age of 49 leaving behind a wife, two sons and a daughter.

Chaudhry Sahib was a homeopath and allopath. It was around 9:30 pm when Chaudhry Sahib was working in his clinic caring for his patients when attackers forced their way in and started shooting him. A total of four bullets pierced Chaudhry Sahib eventually killing him on the way to hospital.

Huzoor-e-Aqdas (may Allah strengthen his blessed hand) mentions in his Friday sermon on 24th June 2016:

“Chaudhry Khalique Sahib was very passionate for tabligh. He’d do so whilst in his clinic too. He was very regular in offering prayer and nawaafil. He was a very compassionate human. He would also cure his patients free of charge. Non-Ahmadis would say that we do not wish to come to you as you are Qadiani, however, we are left with no choice because our children are cured from your medicine. He was very active in his Jamaati works and held many offices. His wife and children narrate how he instilled the habit for prayer in them at an early age. It was his custom and routine to read the Holy Quran with its translation. He’d make arrangements to regularly listen to the sermon of Khalifatul Messieh, in fact, MTA would be on constantly.

His wife narrates that a month before Chaudhry Sahib’s martyrdom, she saw in a dream two cups of some sort of drink, upon asking what drink it is, she was told that it is the best thing in the world. She says she now realises the meaning of this dream. Daud Ahmad Sahib, who was also a recent martyr, lived on the same street, and the two cups in the dreams could indicate these two incidents”
