The office is responsible to highlight the persecution of Ahmadi Muslims in different countries, especially in Pakistan. In Pakistan, the state is directly involved in marginalizing the Ahmadiyya community, where Ahmadi Muslims are declared outside the fold of Islam and various laws and regulations restrict their basic rights.
