Chak Chatha, Hafizabad; May, 2023: An organized campaign against the local Ahmadiyya mosque goes on here for a while now. On April 22, 2023, the District Ameer of Tehrik e Labbaik Pakistan sent an application to SHO Saddar police station that Ahmadis had constructed minarets on their worship place, which beguile innocent Muslims, and some of them even enter their worship place, considering it to be a mosque. He demanded that authorities take action.
The SHO sent for the local Ahmadis. Mr. Basharat Ahmad, the president of the Jamaat, went to the police station where the SHO told him to demolish the minarets. He informed the authorities that these minarets were constructed long before the promulgation of anti-Ahmadiyya laws.
The case is pending with the police.
