February 3, 2023; Noor Nagar, district Umar Kot, Sindh: During dark hours, some unidentified miscreants climbed the boundary wall, entered the mosque, poured petrol, and set the interior on fire. The furniture and the carpets in the main hall of the mosque were destroyed. Local Ahmadis discovered the damage when they gathered at the mosque for the morning prayer. According to initial details, four persons came riding two motorbikes, entered the premises of the mosque, and undertook arson. Ahmadis informed the police and asked them to register an FIR against the arsonists. Efforts are being made to identify the criminals.
