Lalian, District Chiniot; April 13, 2023: One, Zubair Anwar attacked an Ahmadi lawyer Mr. Amir Munir in his chamber with a cleaver, in Lalian, District Chiniot. He received head injuries and was rushed to the hospital where he received medical treatment.
The police arrested the attacker. The attacker has a violent record towards Ahmadis.
The town of Lalian is located only 12 kilometers west of Rabwah, the Ahmadiyya headquarters town. The victim, Malik Munir, is a known community worker, and as an advocate, defends Ahmadis accused in religion-based cases, in local courts
