Lalamusa, District Gujrat; 27 July 2024: Dr. Zaka Rehman, 53, local Ahmadi president, was shot dead here for his faith. He was present at his clinic, Zaka Dental Clinic, on GT Road, Lalamusa, when two unidentified persons arrived there. One of them entered the clinic and opened fire at Dr. Rehman, resulting in his immediate death. The assailants fled the scene after the incident. He was a devoted Ahmadi and had no dispute or personal vendetta with anyone. Dr. Rehman left behind a wife, one son, and three daughters.
This was the 4th such murder of an Ahmadi this year (2024), for his faith.
