Arukay, District Sheikhupura; January 16, 2022: Mr. Munir Ahmad, an Ahmadi, died here. He was the only Ahmadi in the village, and had no children. Ahmadis arranged for his last rites, meanwhile his non-Ahmadi relatives gathered at his residence. They stopped Ahmadis from offering Mr. Ahmad’s funeral prayers and burial, and insisted that only they would undertake the final disposal of the deceased. Ahmadis had to concede to avoid any conflict.
